WeylToRiemann

• WeylToRiemann[expr,covd] changes the Weyl tensor of covd in expr into its expression in terms of the Riemann and Ricci tensors and the RicciScalar.
• WeylToRiemann[expr,list] performs the change for all covariant derivatives in the list.
• WeylToRiemann[expr] performs the change for all Weyl tensors in expr.

• This function works applying (using ReplaceAll) the private set of rules WeylToRiemannRules[covd].
• If the dimension of the manifold of the covariant derivative covd is smaller than 4, the Weyl tensor vanishes and this command becomes useless.
