RiemannToWeyl

• RiemannToWeyl[expr,covd] changes the Riemann tensor of covd in expr into its expression in terms of the Weyl and Ricci tensors and the RicciScalar.
• RiemannToWeyl[expr,list] performs the change for all covariant derivatives in the list.
• RiemannToWeyl[expr] performs the change for all Riemann tensors in expr.

• This function works applying (using ReplaceAll) the private set of rules RiemannToWeylRules[covd].
• If the dimension of the manifold of the covariant derivative covd is smaller than 4, special rules are computed.
