SetProjected

• SetProjected[tensor[inds], proj[i1, i2]] defines automatic rules for vector such that tensor[inds]*proj[i1, i2]  returns tensor[newinds]  for some new indices.
• SetProjected[tensor[inds], proj] defines defines those rules for all abstract indices of tensor[inds].

• This function is used by DefTensor as a result of the option ProjectedWith.
