RemoveIndices

• RemoveIndices[vbundle, {d, e, ...}] removes the abstract indices {d, e, ...}from the user-defined part of indices associated to vbundled.

• This function resets the upvalue for IndicesOfVBundle associated to vbundle, and the upvalue for the private function LastIndex.
• Removing indices is a very dangerous operation because there is no check in xTensor` of the fact that no stored expression uses the removed indices.
