GetIndicesOfVBundle

• GetIndicesOfVBundle[vbundle, n, {d, e, ...}] gives a list of n abstract indices of vbundle, checking that they are not in the list {d, e, ...}. If there are not enough indices in IndicesOfVBundle[vbundle] then new indices are generated using NewIndexIn[vbundle].

• This function resets the upvalue for IndicesOfVBundle associated to vbundle.
• Indices in the list {d, e, ...} are added to IndicesOfVBundle if generated in the process.
