Gdelta

• Gdelta[a1,...,an, -b1,...,-bn] represents the generalize identity tensor on any vector bundle. The first half of indices is antisymmetric and the second half of indices is also antisymmetric.

• A Gdelta tensor can be converted into a determinant of normal delta tensors using ExpandGdelta.
