ChristoffelToGradMetric

• ChristoffelToGradMetric[expr,metric,covd] expresses the Christoffel tensors from covd to the Levi-Civita connection of metric (or viceversa) in expr as covd-derivatives of metric, and possible covd-torsion terms if covd has torsion.
• ChristoffelToGradMetric[expr,metric] performs the same operation for all covariant derivatives.
• ChristoffelToGradMetric[expr] performs the same operation for all metrics and for all covariant derivatives.

• The second and third arguments are listable.
• `All covariant derivatives´ means those in the list $CovDs.
• `All metrics´ means those in the list $Metrics.
• This function is also called ChristoffelToMetric for backward compatibility.
