ChangeCovD

• ChangeCovD[expr,covd1, covd2] changes any instance of the covariant derivative covd1 in expr into a covariant derivative covd2 and Christoffel tensors relating both connections. The second argument is listable.
• ChangeCovD[expr,covd1] is converted into ChangeCovD[expr,covd1, PD].
• ChangeCovD[expr] is converted into ChangeCovD[expr,$CovDs].

• The equivalent name CovDToChristoffel is kept for backward compatibility.
